Our bespoke, executive master-classes, and motivational training events ("the high performance society") will inspire you.
We design our programmes with you so that you receive what you need, when you need it, at the right price. We be-spoke or offer you "off the shelf" with a set diary of training events with fixed subjects.
Typically you receive psychometric profiling with a written report and feedback discussion, leading into a training needs analysis, then course and/or coaching delivery. A normal class size is 6 executives maximum as it's tailored, quality training.
General Training
Ad hoc supervisory/employee training modules are also offered where a business client requires it.
Training needs analysis and training evaluation are integral elements of this service offering; job profile analysis and competency tools are used.
A long term training plan can then be outlined, budgeted and approved.
